Palmach

The Palmach was the strike force of the pre-state Jewish defence organisation, the Haganah, active from 1941 until it was folded into the IDF in 1948. The posts here cover the Palmach Museum in Tel Aviv, which walks visitors through the unit’s history in theatrical set pieces, alongside the eastern upper Galilee day where several of its formative actions took place.
