“We knew we could trust him with our VIPs, and he excelled.”

“We commissioned Samuel to take some major corporate VIPs on a private tour of Jerusalem and received first class feedback from them. They found Samuel to be hugely knowledgable, totally engaging and full of insights. We knew we’d be able to trust Samuel with our VIP guests, and he excelled in this task. He was a pleasure to work with in the planing for this trip.”

“A few free hours, managed perfectly.”

“As we were in Israel for Business we managed to free up few hours to visit Jerusalem. Sam managed 2 things perfectly : 1. During the transit between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, he went through the history of Jerusalem and explained very well how history has shaped this city. This was key to understand what we saw 2. The tour which we made in the city went very effectively through most of the key landmarks. I really recommend Sam and will for sure keep his details closely to share with any friends visiting Israel.”

“A 5am start and a can-do attitude, with not a minute wasted.”

“I called Samuel at short notice to see if he could help provide a tour for me and some important business guests from overseas. As part of a 24 hour visit to Tel Aviv for meetings they had decided at the last minute that they would like to visit Jerusalem. Samuel was extremely flexible and I very much appreciated his can-do attitude, even when it meant leaving Tel Aviv at 5am the next day! He was considerate, asking if we would prefer some guiding or would rather sleep on the way to Jerusalem; and when we asked for the guiding he made sure to use the journey time well to provide some great background for our visit. This meant that when we arrived in the Old City we were able to delve straight in to the holy sites. Samuel was able to synthesize the key information and help us understand and appreciate the sites we visited, despite the short amount of time we had there. In just 90 minutes we were able to visit the Western Wall, enjoy a great viewpoint over the Temple Mount with an in depth explanation, and explore the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Crucially, Samuel kept track of the time and made sure that we were back in Tel Aviv in time for our meetings, without making us feel rushed or under pressure. I cannot recommend Samuel highly enough. He was entertaining, informative and bonded well with our group. Most importantly, he focused on our needs and interests and ensured we had a great tour within the restraints that we had. I will certainly be using his services in the future.”

“Touring the Old City! What a day.”

“Samuel was recommended by a friend in Israel. It was my first time in a country so I was coming in a little blind. He met me after one of my meetings and we headed to Jerusalem from Tel Aviv. I was most curious about this history of the region so he spend the cab ride taking me through the rough overview (he even had a book of exhibits to visually illustrate what was going on!). I (only half jokingly) said that the education on the cab ride alone made the day worth it! After a great hummus stop for lunch, he took me through the Old City in Jerusalem. I got to see the obvious sites, and some of the less obvious sites (I’m a foodie so the secret back alley tahini factory was a great addition). I’d say he never left my side, but that’s not entirely true because at the Western Wall he couldn’t join me on the ladies side so patiently waited at the ladies entrance while I took my time in there. We hit all of the major religious sites. He did a great job of walking me through all of the different areas in a thoughtful and unbiased way, which I was definitely looking for. We stopped at the Israel Museum last, where I got an overview of Israel from an archaeological perspective. Overall, I was thrilled. I got the historical, religious, and archaeological perspectives of the day. Both my brainiac and explorer sides were fully satisfied. Thanks Samuel!!”

“Incredible Tour Guide!”

“Bringing in a world-renowned professor for a talk in Israel, I was tasked with finding a tour guide that would provide a tour whose quality was commensurate with the professor’s incredible breadth of knowledge and understanding. Samuel came highly recommended, and my guest was incredibly impressed with the tour! (to my chagrin, he may have enjoyed the tour more than the event that I invited him for) Samuel picked up my guest from the hotel in Herzliya and drove with him down to Jerusalem. My understanding is that this is part of Samuel’s professional guidance. As you travel to you destination, Samuel provides all the relevant background information so that, while touring, you can focus on the touring and better appreciate the sites. In this case, the sites included: Temple Mount the Western Wall and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Overall an excellent experience.”

“Not just your regular guide!”

“Samuel is not your regular guide who takes you to place, restaurant, gift shops and tells you some brief history you soon forget. Samuel is extremely knowledgeable and is able to put all sites into context. connects them and link them to our modern time. In a complex place like Israel, he is able to present different points of views on not only the sites we have seen but every question we asked. Extremely funny and pleasant to be with, I highly recommend Samuel.”

“A perfect day in the Old City of Jerusalem with a business guest”

“Our company hosted a guest from Europe and we wanted to give him the opportunity to experience Jerusalem in a short amount of time. Samuel connected with him right away and was able to tailor the tour to his interests and worldviews. Our guest, who was explicitly non-religious, was captivated by the holiness of the City of Jerusalem thanks to Samuel’s outstanding skills.”

“visit to Jerusalem”

“our guide (Samuel) managed our visit to Jerusalem superbly. We were time constrained, and he managed to focus on the key sights, with brief accurate summaries before and after the sight- and also continuous linkages of the sights to their historical context. Timing was impeccable.”

“Amazing guide, who is funny and balanced”

“Samuel is an amazing guide. He’s organized, a wealth of information and does not project one view on you when asking questions about different conflicts in the country. He’s entertaining, educational and just an overall good time while managing to keep the group on schedule.”

“Remarkable Experience - Not to be Missed!!!”

“I had the great pleasure to experience Samuel as our guide of a week-long business education excursion to Israel recently and cannot overstate the quality of my experience and, more importantly, Samuel’s exceptional talent for his craft. A consummate professional, he is more than well informed about the rich history of the most holy land on earth, Samuel’s ability to weave his presentations with humor, empathy and respect for all walks of life effectively invited me into an emotional journey into what makes Israel the gift that it is. I will surely return to share time with him again and highly recommend all who wish to gain a similar experience to do the same!”

“JERUSALEM IN A DAY”

“Given its historical and religious significance and the many must-see sites, any tour of Jerusalem may best be served by a three to five day visit. But when time is a factor there is surely no better way than to enlist the services of a guide who really knows his subject, is insightful and informative and who seeks to provide a balanced and educated view.Samuel Green was our guide and he led, sped and, on occasion, dragged our large group through the crowds to provide us with a concise but satisfying excursion of this magical city in one day. Descending from the Mount of Olives, through the garden of Gethsemane, retracing steps along the Via Dolorosa and visiting the Church of the Holy Sepulchre were just some of the many highlights of a busy and enlightening day. Thanks to Samuel and our driver - a tour to be highly recommended.”

“I learned so much about Tel Aviv - and I’ve been living here for 9 years!”

“Samuel’s tour of the Founding of Tel Aviv was inspiring and refreshing. I had been looking for an excuse to hire Samuel as a guide for years - a good opportunity finally came around and he did not disappoint! I learned a ton about what’s under my nose, and we had a great time. Most importantly my British business guests came away very satisfied.”
