Tower and Stockade
Tower and Stockade (Homa u’Migdal) was a method of rapid overnight kibbutz-building used during the Arab Revolt of 1936-1939. A watchtower and fenced perimeter went up in a single day; discussed here as part of a guide-course day in the western upper Galilee.
